Individual Membership
The application for
NEW rider membership in the IHSA is available. For both new and returning members, your coach must have filled out your Team Membership Application before you will be able to join as an individual. When filling out the form for the first time, you will be asked to choose a username and password. This will be used to gain access to your own personal information and will be required for you to join again next year.
Once you have filled out the form, click on the "Continue" button. Read through the form that appears to make sure that all the information is correct. If you need to, click on "Make Changes", make any necessary changes, and click "Continue" again. When the information is correct, PRINT THE OUTPUT FORM (not the one where you fill in the fields) and then click on "Finalize Application" to submit the form. You will receive an email confirmation of your application. If you do not receive it please email
webcommittee@ihsainc.com.
You then must sign the printed form and give it to your coach with your membership fee - $30 for one discipline or $40 for both. If you are a first-time IHSA rider your coach will then assist you in filling out your Individual Placement Form which he or she will give you (it is not available to riders online).
Returning riders please login using your username and password selected when you first filled out a membership form, click on "Your Profile", and follow the instructions to apply for IHSA membership for the 2009-2010 school year. If you have forgotten your password, your coach can look it up for you.
